Financial Management (FM)

The Treasurer is responsible for the Financial Management (FM) department, the Supporting Area of ELSA which is in charge of the financial planning, management of assets, evaluation of liquidity, accounting tasks, the arrangement of financial control, billing and collecting of incomes that come from different sources (members, groups, partners, donors, grants, projects), Furthermore, the department fulfills different reporting duties.
