SIU is a nationally ranked public research university enrolling over 11,000 students from all 50 states and approximately 100 countries. CESL can offer a Financial Hardship Scholarships to students in need. This scholarship provides a discount of up to 50% of the advertised tuition cost. Please ask a CESL staff member if you have a financial need.
