Observe the real moon and decide which shape matches the one on your model.
Observe the moon again after 1 week and decide which part of your model matches the real moon.
Does the moon look different after 1 week?
Is the bright part of the moon becoming bigger or is it becoming smaller?
Optional (no biscuits required)
Use a white ball and a torch to create a moon and its shadows.
Move your torch so that the bright side and the shadow match the moon in the night sky.

Observe the moon for a whole month.
Record your observations by drawing the moon or taking a picture with a device – you may need an adult to help you take a picture of the moon!
