The axolotl has a pretty simple diet it eats worms,insects,small fish,molluscs and crutaceans. This little species only eats meats from the ocean, it eats to times a day.The way they eat is sucking it up like a vacuum cleaner

Axolotls are from mexico but in other countries you can take care of them.the main parts of mexico they are in is canels,water ways of mexico and lake xochimilo in the valley of mexico. thats where this interesting little creature is from.

Appearance

Axolotls come in lots of different appearances they come in blue,white,purple,pink,brown and pale. The species mostly come in a size of 15-45cm full grown and weight of 0.06-0.1kg full grown. Last of all its life spam is 10-15 years
