What 5 things are you grateful for?
You might write... Someone who lent you a hand or your favourite dinner?
Lie or sit down somewhere comfy. Put your hands on your belly and pretend it's a balloon. Breathe in for 5 seconds, hold it for 1, 2, 3! and out again for 5.
Today the challenge is to do something extra kind.
You could... compliment someone, send a card, or lend someone a hand!
What makes you happy? What makes you feel relaxed?
Is it... your favourite book or listening to music? Spend time doing that - at least 10 minutes.
This one is up to your imagination.
You could... Paint a scene in your mind, write a short story, or make up a tune on an instrument, bake a cake?
There's nothing better than some fresh air. Wrap up warm, and spend 10 minutes outdoors with your parent/carer.
You could... go for a walk or a cycle? Or use it as an excuse to play in the park!
You have to go 1 hour with no screens. No phones, tv's or tablets! What will you get up to instead?
Try to... encourage your family to join in. Can you even make it 2 hours?
