Anger is a normal emotion that everyone experiences.

Anger can be helpful in some situations...

  • It alerts you to a problem.

  • If expressed in a constructive way anger can help you resolve a problem.

  • Anger is a natural response to being threatened or attacked and helps to trigger our survival and self-defence instincts.

  • Getting angry can also motivate you to stand up for yourself, and express your opinion.
