It's really important we look after ourselves

This is a useful video, which gives some ideas of how to look after yourself, and some ideas which help to make you feel better.

There are lots of self-care ideas below, which many young people say help them when they are feeling anxious:

Covid-19 Testing

To help young people get back to school in a safe way, the Scottish Government is working with schools and other partners to put in place a programme to test young people from S1-S6 for COVID-19
