MYPAS provide friendly, confidential and non-judgemental drug and alcohol supports for young people (aged 12 to 19) in East Lothian.

They offer One to one support for young people worried about their drug/alcohol use as well as information for families worried about the drug and alcohol use of a teenage relative.

LGBTQ+ Support

MYPAS provide friendly, confidential and non-judgemental LGBT+ supports for young people (aged 12 to 21) in East Lothian.

They offer One to one support for LGBTQ+ young people to discuss issues you might face in your life, such as relationships with family and friends, coming out, gender identity and your health and wellbeing.

They offer group work online - this is a safe friendly space for young people who identify as LGBTQ+ and allies.

MYPAS Online Drop-In

MYPAS are offering digital drop-ins for anyone 12-21 in East Lothian to go along to!

Monday - Friday 3.30-5.30

To access the Drop in, visit The MYPAS Website and click on the live chat box at the drop in times.

The drop in gives a chance to chat to a worker online about any worries or difficulties you might be facing at the moment - or even if you just need a little chat with someone as a one of.

Some things you could peak to a worker about include;

  • Substance Use

  • Relationships

  • Physical Health

  • Emotional Wellbeing

  • Worries, Stress or anxiety

  • Sexuality and Gender
