Reminders and Upcoming Deadlines

• April Submissions form located here - Due April 30th

• Teacher Student Data Link (TSDL) - Collection has opened! Templates and definitions in Dropbox! 

  • • Only need to fill out for 7-12th graders. 

    • Due in Dropbox May 1st

• Graduation Guidelines - Due in Alma May 1st

  • • Grad Guidelines found in Alma: student bio, on "additional fields" tab. Can be imported using table field import. Reach out with any questions/concerns

• READ Data Collections: Open April 15th (this Wednesday)

  • • Templates for READ LIT and READ Assessment both in Dropbox, in your READ 25-26 folders. 

• Discipline: Due in Dropbox May 1st

  • • Please make sure that if you had any discipline incidents throughout the year, you are filling out the template in Dropbox. IF you have any questions or concerns regarding how to do this, reach out to Isaiah!

Proof of Residency Requirements

• We've created a new page to outline proof of residency requirements for full-time students! This can be found here: POR Requirements 

• Reminder: MDOL's must collect updated proof of residency for all of their students annually, prior to October 1st

  • • This can affect funding, as we've seen with recent audits, so please make sure you're keeping everything up to date!

Discipline Matrix

• The Board-approved discipline matrix provides a consistent framework to guide fair and equitable responses to student behavior across schools. Principals may rely on this matrix as written or adapt it to better meet the specific needs of their school communities while maintaining alignment with BOCES expectations. Scott and Suzanne are also available to meet individually to discuss the matrix or address any questions or concerns.

Preparations for 26-27 School Year

• Please begin preparing for the upcoming 26-27 school year!

• Begin creating bell schedules/calendars/calculation sheets (Folders in Dropbox)

  • • Keep minimum yearly instruction hours in mind: 

      • • K-6 need at least 990 hours of instruction 

        • 7-12 need at least 1080 hours of instruction

• Begin preparing for enrollment

• Set up your 26-27 School Year in Alma

ELAT Grant Applications

We are excited to inform you that the 2026-2027 Early Literacy Assessment Tool (ELAT) Project application window is currently open. Please use the following information to support your application process.

• 2026-2027 ELAT Project Application and resources are posted on the ELAT Application Process webpage.

• Applications are due by April 15th, 2026.

• An ELAT Application Information Webinar will occur on February 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM. (Register for webinar)

• Additional information can be found on the ELAT webpage.

• PSAT/SAT Resources - Please visit the  Colorado Resource Repository for all items related to PSAT/SAT. This is a very useful tool provided by the College Board!

• PSAT/SAT Training Schedule -  The Learning Management System (LMS) for Online Test Coordinator and test staff training is DUE 4/13/26. This training is designed for all personnel supporting online testing, including Test Coordinators, Proctors, Hall/Room Monitors, and Technology Monitors. This is REQUIRED. 

• WIDA ACCESS Scores and Reports - Colorado is scheduled to receive electronic ACCESS results in WIDA AMS on April 30, with printed reports arriving in districts the following week. 

• Upcoming Dates and Deadlines

  • April 10 Deadline: PSAT/SAT: Opt-in Paper Student Score Shipment Survey closes 

  • April 13 PSAT/SAT Window Opens

  • April 14 Optional: PSAT/SAT - DAC/SAC Office Hours - 3 PM

  • April 21 PSAT/SAT: Last Day to Submit Irregularity Report in TDTK For A Retest

  • April 22 PSAT/SAT: Last Day to Register a Student in SDMS

  • April 24 Deadline: Transcribe CMAS accommodations and CoAlt into TestNav

  • April 24 Test Window Closes - CMAS, PSAT/SAT, and CoAlt
