Embedded Files
Each of your programs has a dropbox folder with ERBOCES that has folders like the example on the right.
This is your MAIN storage place for all documents.
Dropbox is where we share files that contain sensitive or private information, especially relating to students.
It is important that the appropriate people have access to this folder, especially during reporting periods, so that we aren't trying to share confidential information over email.
Please go through and verify that everyone that needs access to your dropbox has it. If there is anyone who needs access to your program's dropbox that doesn't have it, please reach out to the BOCES team and let me know so that we can add them promptly.
Additionally, many of the files we will be sharing on dropbox will be excel spreadsheets. You can edit these files and we will see the live updates if you follow first click the "open in" dropdown menu and select "Excel for the web". This way, you can edit the document if we ask you to do so and we will get those updates instantly. See below
