Bell schedules and classes need to be set up properly in Alma with the most accuracy possible in order to be able to pull individual student schedules from Alma. If you are providing your own student schedules outside of Alma, we will connect with you

Then you can easily grab individual student schedules from your reports tab as potentially needed for the audit.
Here is a short video that should walk you through how to use the Bell schedule segment process to essentially "force" a non class day for a single day or series of days for desired classes! This would be your route when you have situations like a program/class who is off for a holiday break longer than other classes; because in the Alma calendar, when you block a date, it blocks all classes for that date.

Holidays/Breaks:
If all of your programs take the same holidays/breaks, then you can just mark that on your school's calendar, and it'll automatically make it so that they don't meet for those days.
Otherwise, for any holidays/breaks that are not taken by all your programs, you will need to add the bell schedule segments for those programs specifically.
