Enrollment Records are anything you would have collected upon enrolling a student in your program. If a student enrolled with your program in a prior year, you will need to find these documents to the best of your ability
Enrollment forms - If you used the google form we provided you at the beginning of the year for enrollment, upload the student's "row" from the spreadsheet, to show their results from the google form.
Enrollment Date - Found in Alma, in the student's Bio (example below)
Proof of Residency - Address and any bills/payments that show the student lives where they say they do
Anything additional that you requested from families upon enrollment
Here's how to access the SSA report, which will give you a broad range of student enrollment info.
Go to the Reporting Tab, and click on the Compliance reporting tab at the top.
In the search reports bar, type "SSA". Find the CDE-Student Interchange – Student School Association report, and click on it
Click Run Report in the top right, and in the pop up bar, do it through October 1st.
Download the report from the right, and delete any students who were not on the list of the students selected for your pupil count audit.
