Audit Resources

For every student listed in your program's Pupil Count Audit sheet, you will need to have the following documentation for each student:

• Attendance Reports (Using either your own SIS, or Alma, and any other forms of attendance you may have collected)

• Enrollment Records (Enrollment forms, proof of residency, any documentation requested on enrollment)

• Individual student schedules

• IEP Documentation (Download Directly from Enrich, if the student has an IEP). 

Below are specific help pages for how to find the appropriate documentation for each of the required items.

Please make sure you have all of the related necessary documentation uploaded to Dropbox no later than Friday, February 20th, 2026.
