This course primarily focuses on the benefits of yoga postures and proper breathing technique. This course will also incorporate various styles of yoga and other activities that focus on core strength, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and cardiorespiratory fitness.
Note: Students must purchase a “Sticky Mat” on which to practice.
