Code styles is in our Paragraph styles. The code styles have a predetermined amount of space and indent.
Use the red bar + light grey fill box behind the code text. Use these guides to help with spacing. These elements live in the abc101_general-template-ALLSTYLES
Grey box goes all the way to the right margin (unless code needs to be in two columns.)

Equations come as images and will need to be formatted to fit consistently with our body text. Center align images to the page.
