In Computer Science, I applied critical thinking when we worked on a coding project to build a simple app. At first, I struggled with debugging because every time I fixed one issue, another error would pop up. Instead of getting frustrated, I researched solutions online, collaborated with classmates, and broke the problem into smaller parts. Over time, I learned how to approach challenges more logically. This experience showed me that computer science isn’t just about coding—it’s about problem-solving and perseverance, skills I can use in any career. 

In AP English Language, my curiosity was sparked when we studied rhetorical strategies in political speeches. I was fascinated by how writers and speakers use language to persuade and inspire audiences. It made me want to dig deeper into how communication shapes public opinion and decision-making. I even started paying more attention to current events and analyzing how arguments were presented in news articles. This class helped me understand the power of words and how effective communication can influence change.
