After reading the book, we read an article of Miller reflecting on the choices made that inspired him to create The Crucible. This article is called Why I Wrote the Crucible written by Arthur Miller. Later, we had to write an essay describing the rhetorical situations Arthur uses in his article to describe the exigence for the creation of The Crucible.
