Unit 1 Spanish Project 

Proyecto Héroes Hispanos - Selena Quintanilla 

For this project, I collaborated with Cristal Jordan to  research a Hispanic hero and their contributions to the Hispanic/Latin culture. We decided to choose Selena Quintanilla because she is iconic and influential. We came up with our own meaning of a hero and how Selena represented this definition. As well as, learned about her background, friends, enemies, and contributions to Latin Americans. This was a great project and very insightful. 

Para este proyecto, Yo trabajo con Cristal Jordan estudiar un heroina Hispana y el contribuciones a el Hispana/Latin cultura. Nosotros quierido electir Selena Quintanilla porque ella es muy iconico y influyente. Nosotros llegamos con nos definicion de un heroe y como Selena representado este definicion. Tambien, aprende sobre su fondo, amigos, enimgos, y contribuciones a Latino Americano. Este fue un bueno proyecto y muy profundo.

Unit 2 Spanish Project 

Proyecto de Entrevista

In this project, our task was to interview an elder over the age of 60 years. I decided to interview my grandmother and ask her questions about her childhood experience. In this unit, we were exploring communities in different parts of the world, more specifically in Hispanic culture and communities. I asked her how communication and socializing were for her, as well as her family lifestyle. Then, as heard in the video, I compared it to my own community and experiences. This was a great project to learn more about different communities in history. 

En este proyecto, nuestro tarea era a entrevistar un persona, sesenta anos o meyor. Decido a entreviste mi abuela y hacerle preguntas sobre su experiencia de infancia. En este lecion, nosotros eran estabamos exploramos communidades en partes differentes de el mundo, mas especificamente en cultura Hispana y communidades. Yo pregunté su como communicacion y socializacion era para ella, tambien su familia estilo de vida. Despues, como en el video, Yo comparé my communidad y experiencia. Este eran un bueno proyecto aprender mas sobre differente communidades en historia. 

Unit 3 Spanish Activity

Tecnologia y Calidad de Vida

In this activity, we researched the different problems and created a new technology to invent. We learned about many inventions that were invented by Hispanic people. I was very surprised to see the many things that we use every day. For my project, I made a measuring device for every type of foot. There are small lumps, and this is to feel the foot of every ballerina. Also, there is a secure strap on the feet. The name is "Point Shoe Sizer" (o Medidor del zapato del dedo del pie in espanol). This invention is important because many ballerinas have to manipulate their shoes for the right fit. 

En este actividad, nosotros investigamos los diferente problemas y creamos de un nuevo tecnologia a inventa. Nosotros aprendimos sobre muchos inventos que eran inventado de personas de Hispanos. Yo fue muy supreso a mirar los muchos cosas que nosostros usamos todos los dias. Para mi proyecto, yo cree un dispositivo a medidas todos los tipos de pies. Hay son bultos chico encima, y este es por sentir todo en el pie del bailarin. Tambien, hay son un tira a seguro los pies. El nombre es “Medidor del zapato del dedo del pie” (o Point Shoe Sizer en ingles). Este invento es importante porque mucho bailarinas tienen a manipular sus zapatos conseguir el correcto entrar

Unit 4 Spanish Activity

Tecnologia y Calidad de Vida

In this project, we had the opportunity to choose well-known Hispanic artist. I decided to choose Carmen Herrera who is well known for her geometric and abstract art style. We used class time to research background information, the upbringing, and current information about our artists. Once we became familiar, we picked out art peices that inspired us and recreated them using materials in the classroom. Finally, we presented to the class, the information we've learned about our artist and our art peices. This assignment was very information for me because I learned history about Hispanic art as well as understanding the evolution of different art styles throughout history. 

En este proyecto, nosotros tuvimos el opportunidad a decidemos un artisto Hispano de famoso. Yo decido eligir Carmen Herrera quien un famoso para su arte estilos de abstracto y cubismo. Nosotros usamos tiempo clase a investigar informacion sobre ellos infancia y informacion actual. Cuando nostoros convertimos, elegimos nuestros pieza arte nos inspiro. Finalmente, nosotros presentamos a el clase, el informacion aprendimos sobre nuestro artistas y nuestra piezas arte. 

Unit 5 Spanish Activity

Actividad de Tecnologia Sostenible

In this project, we watched a video that explained different modern problems that had inventions to solve them. We had to select an invention described in the video and review it on our Google slides. The Google slides were a replica of an Amazon review page that showed the price, the ratings, and the webpage. We were asked to edit the texts and pictures of the template to customize it to our personal opinions. This assignment allowed me to learn more about modern-day technological advancements used to prevent/reduce problems around the world.

En este proyecto, nosotros mirimos un video cual explicado diferente problemos moderno que tenia invnovaciones a resolver ellos. Nosotros tuvimos selectionar un innovacion descrito en el video y revisalo en nuestra diapositivas Google. El diapositivas Google era una replica de una Amazon pagina de revesion cual mostro el precio, los estrellas, y el pagina web. Nosotros eramos a editar los textos y picturas de un templet a personalizar segun nuestra opiniones personales. Este trabajar permitio aprendo mas sobre dia-moderno tecnológico avances a prevenir los problemos alrededor el mundo.

Unit 6 Spanish Activity

Desafios Mundiales

In this project, we were separated into pairs of 2 to collaborate on this assignment together. We had to develop and research a current cause that affects the world and create a PSA (Public Service Announcement) video to share with others. Our cause was water pollution caused by littering and trash. This topic was somewhat difficult to portray being that we had to record on the school campus, yet we didn't have an ocean or pool to depict exactly what we were talking about. Nonetheless, the project taught me about the effects things that people do every day, have on the environment. I also learned how to correctly create a PSA video.

En este proyecto, nosotros eran separados en pares de dos a colabora juntos en este trabajo. Nosotros tuvimos que desarollar y investigar un causa que efectos el mundio y crear un PSA (Anuncio de Servicio Publico) video a comprar con otras. Nuestra causa eramos pollucion agua causado por basura. Este topico era un poco facil a retretar porque nosotros grabar en el camposo escuela, pero nosotros no tenemos un playa o piscina para mirar exactlemente que nosotros eramos hablamos sobre. Sin embargo, este proyecto me ensena sobre los efectos cosas que hace la gente todos los dias, tienen en el environmente. Tambien, yo aprendo como hace correctamente un PSA video.
