Photography Storytelling will encourage participants to articulate their feelings and emotions and share their experiences in a way that impacts how they view themselves and their role in their community. Students will learn how to “read” and analyze photos. While using photography as an access to self-expression and understanding, students improve their social-emotional and community-building skills. Students will learn the basics of using a camera, light, composition and movement, and will begin building a portfolio that tells the story of themselves.
