The zoo is good fun, educational, and an excellent place for animal lovers. They also have fun activities and games like shooting, rope sliding, trampoline, etc. Unfortunately, it isn’t perfect, for animals don’t seem to survive for much time ,they don’t have completely open and natural habitat like enclosures and their cages aren’t proper maintained.
The zoo needs to be under government control and supervision as more maintenance is needed like more security cameras, a hygienic environment, secure and open enclosures, proper nutrition for animals. If all these are looked into it can become a great zoo.

During my vacation I visited Tadoba with my parents. I had seen various types of birds, crocodiles and many more animals but never a tiger. We stayed in a wonderful Resort named Irai.
We went for 2 afternoon Safaris and 2 morning Safaris. We saw peacocks, peahens ,fish eagles and a Gaur - the Indian Bison.
Then we went in search of the tigress Maya. First we saw Maya with her cubs at a distance. Then we saw Langurs , Chitals, mongoose. On the last safari we saw a wild owl ,a Serpent eagle , lots of deer, and the majestic king of Tadoba ...a tiger named Gabbar !
It was an awe inspiring experience.
I wish I could go there once more.

I would like to visit National parks to support the Government Initiative to protect the wildlife.
'There is a saying ' Bonney ra boney shundar, shishu ra matri krore' which means that the babies look the most beautiful in their mothers' lap similarly the wild animals are best suited to the wilderness.

Last year around March I visited Kanha Kisli National Park with my relatives. That included my mom, brother, my four cousins, my two uncles, aunts and my grandparents. We went there by car enjoying, eating, playing games and gossiping. All the kids in one car with our uncle and all the elders in the other. It was a whole new experience as it was my first road trip with my paternal side of the family.
We stayed at Hotel Banjaar Tola for 2 days. We reached there by 10 in the morning. The whole village had a woodsy-chic look which gave me chills. This beautiful river flowing by our room and the tall trees were a bliss to watch. We freshened up, had our breakfast and we left for the Jungle Safari. We saw deer, monkeys, peacocks and different small animals and birds. There was just one thing we couldn’t see-, tigers. We woke up the next morning, ready to see the tigers, well, that was the specialty after all. We again saw animals and finally after roaming for hours we got to see the tiger. It was fierce, graceful and beautiful in it’s own way. Tigers don’t usually come out at this time of the day. We were happy and tired, all at the same time. We came back home and it was the end of the beautiful weekend I had with my loved ones..
