When the pandemic-induced lockdown forced schools to shut, I got worried about Tveesha’s studies and extra-curricular activities. After an initial couple of chaotic days, teachers and students got used to the new way of doing things.
All teachers are up to speed with emerging technologies, so classes run very smoothly. The teaching staff at DPS have reimagined their roles as teachers. Teaching, for them, is essentially an art, a quest, a meditative contemplation. In the virtual classroom, they are doing a lot more than just dictating the notes; they are touching the souls of their students with things like ‘star of the week.’
They got a prominent personality like Dr. Uma Sharma, Smt. Shubha Mudgal and Shri Devdutt Pattnaik for live interaction, which was indeed interesting and fun. Students were also introduced to digital tools like learning A-Z, webinar and podcasts; DPS turned a problem into a great learning opportunity.
I'd like to thank Nandini Sharma Ma'am for the love and care she gives my child each day. She has an important role in shaping my child as a better person.
There was nothing to worry about Tveesha’s academics as classes were conducted regularly and the syllabus was completed. The online fun activities and competition took care of extra-curricular activities and the overall development of the child.
I truly appreciate the efforts the school has put in amidst the pandemic.

Dear Maam,
Hello!! it gives us immense pleasure to give our feedback on online teaching initiated by DPS Lava Nagpur. First of all I would like to express my sincere thanks to the management and principal ma'am who have taken lot of pain and efforts to make teaching learning easy during this Covid-19 pandemic situation. Earlier we all were worried about coping up with a new situation which we were not at all ready.
As a parent we all were worried about our children's academic session but thanks to entire management, principal ma'am, administrative staff and teaching staff of DPS Lava who are continuously involved in a process of making teaching learning smoothly. The initiatives taken by teachers are really commendable, because teaching in classroom and teaching online both are altogether very different but hats off to the job what teachers are doing there.
As a parent we are very satisfied by the online teaching methodologies adopted by school and as a part of teaching fraternity I must accept that me too learn lot of things of operating Google meet, Google classroom from the teachers, which is really helping me in my online classes for teaching to UG and PG students.
Our son Malhar also enjoys online classes and other co-curricular activities. Also he happily shares his experience to his friends. Once again we are very much happy about the way of online teaching has been initiated by school, the teaching methodology adopted by the teachers and the way of involving students in a class.

"Madam as discussed with you while sharing my feedback, I am very happy that my kid got admitted in DPS Lava, as the overall experience is very good. I am very happy with the online classes platform that has been created by DPS Lava in this pandemic so that kids don’t miss their school and studies.
Your online infrastructure is very very good and very handy and interesting for kids to enjoy their online classes.
Every time you people have new and different ways of taking online sessions which my kid enjoys a lot and similarly grasps new technology and learning too. I am very happy the way teachers with patience handle each and every kid and see that every kid have the chance to reply and every kid is engaged in the class and take interest. In this there’s a tremendous involvement of teachers.
For me its just like a regular school from home. I also like the way projects and exams are being conducted for the kids, for me the list is endless, three cheers for the DPS lava team and a very big thanks for making believe us that our kids are in proper hands thanks a lot".

To,
The Respected,
Nandini Madam,
What an interesting year it has been! I hope you all are doing well and taking good care of your health during this pandemic. I want to express my sincere gratitude for all the efforts you have taken during this pandemic year. From day one, Samyak and Swara really enjoying their online classes taken by the school. In short, they are really enjoying their distance learning and now they are well- versed with each and everything with their laptops and mobiles. Some of your teachers are real
treasures. And we know them better now and even as parents are learning from them along with the kids. Both my kids really enjoy and happily learn the innovative contents sent by you all. I really want to thank you for all the teachers of DPS for doing so much of hard work, for creating innovative worksheets, PPT’S and videos for the kids. Even I enjoy the videos with my kids and I can surely say that with this kind of content....learning is not imposed....rather learning happens itself! Although, the current circumstance has never been predicted which presents many new challenges, but nonetheless adapting practice to best learner is nothing new by any means! We are highly thankful to you for the efforts taken by you to be in touch with the students online. The assignments and slides sent by you are imaginative in view of non-availability of books. Also, other extra-curricular activities like craft and non-fire cooking, etc. not only are educative, but also keep the children busy in time of this lockdown. Keep the efforts.
Thank you, Mam, for your patience, flexibility, and compassion during this pandemic situation ofCOVID-19 – and always of course! It is challenging not to see students each day and to alter well thought out plans that you had for the school year in order to provide students with new and engaging learning opportunities. We see the steps that you are taking to stay connected with your students during this difficult situation and to adapt your practice and we appreciate you! Your tutoring to my son made a huge difference. We are really thankful for your patience with technology, your willingness to try new things, and your ability to reach students, even from a distance in this unprecedented situation is really appreciable. At last, I also want to conclude that, many parents are concerned about the health hazards of having their children spend so many hours staring at screen is the biggest disadvantage of online learning. Due to lack of physical school creates social isolation & loneliness with less communication develops several mental health issues such as stress, anxiety & negative thoughts. Online classes are not compared to physical classes. It is not 100% efficient to physical school.
Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do. Thank you for supporting and fostering your students’ learning through providing continued lessons, activities, feedback videos and more. Thank you for being such a thoughtful and kind teacher.
Thank you so much Mam.
Warm regards,

3) His interaction skill has improved and he is happy to interact with teachers now.
4) A very special thanks to Meenakshi ma’am and in the start to Amrit ma’am that they have groomed our child very well.
5) Even my son is eagar to attend different activities arranged by school in afternoon time which keeps him busy in that time.
6) Different type of activities given by school are just an addition to the entire package.
7) Thanks to the principal and entire management that they are giving there best. If DPS lava Nagpur continues in the same way I guarantee you all it would be the best school, Nagpur has ever seen.
