Jodo gyan- Rangometry Workshop was conducted by Mr E K Shaji ,Ms. Usha Menon and their team on 18th December 2020. They took up the method and practice of teaching mathematics in a play way which would also be beneficial for children to improve their thinking and reasoning process. Some amazing stories were used to introduce the topic like The Lion & the Mouse.
It was a nice way to grasp attention. Firstly, they introduced Ganit mala which can be used to teach counting till 100 followed by a Rangometry kit which was a fun way to use creative minds of the students using colourful blocks for making some shape and also learning counting through it.
It was a great learning experience for us. We learnt new methods that would help us to build better concepts in primary level students.
