TUESDAY: Students will read a word problem and answer a series of questions designed to help them multiply a one-digit number by a multiple of 10.

WEDNESDAY: Students will use base-ten blocks and a number line to multiply a one-digit number by a multiple of 10.

THURSDAY: Students will use place-value concepts and properties of operations to solve problems involving multiplying a one-digit number by a multiple of 10.

FRIDAY: Students will multiply one-digit numbers by multiples of 10 to solve problems that might appear on a mathematics test.

SCIENCE STANDARD(S): 3.L.1: Understand human body systems and how they are essential for life: protection, movement, and support.

Objective(s): 3.L.1.1: Compare the different functions of the skeletal and muscular systems.
