2. Five Major Areas of Occupational Development.

Major areas for developing comprised of:

1. Central region which comprises 8 Upper Central Provinces: The central region comprises 8 Upper Central Provinces: Nonthaburi, Ayutthaya, Pathumthani, Angthong, Saraburi, Lopburi, Singburi, and Chainat. 13 Lower Central Provinces: Ratchaburi, Suphanburi, Petchaburi, Kanchanaburi, Petchaburi, Prachuapkhirikhan, Samutsakorn, Samutsongkhram, Chachoengsao,Samuprakarn, Nakhonnayok, Sakaeo,and Prachinburi, and 4 Eastern Region’s Provinces: Chonburi, Rayong, Trat, and Chanthaburi

3. Northern East region which comprises 8 Upper Northeast Provinces:Udonthani,Nongkhai,Nongbualamphu,Bungkan, sakonnakhon, Nakhon phanom,and mukdahan, 4 central Northern East provinces : Khonkaen, Kalasin, Mahasarakham and Roiet,and 8 Lower Northeast Provinces:Nakhonratchasima,Chaiyaphum, Buriram, Surin, Ubonratchat hani, Sisaket, Yasothon and Amnatcharoen.

4. Southern region which comprises 4 Southeastern Provinces: Chumphon, Suratthani ,Nakhonsithammarat, andPhatthalung, 5 Southwestern Provinces : Ranong,Phangnga, Phuket , Krabi, and Trang and 5 Southern border Provinces : Satun, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala  and Narathiwat.

5. Bangkok’s area

1. Resources’ potential of each area means natural resources or other things occurring by nature which humans can use for example climate, land, forest, grassland, wild animal, material, energy, human power, etc. Before using each area’s natural resources in earning a living, people must consider whether there are enough natural resources or not. If not, they must reconsider whether they will continue doing this occupation or not.

2. Resources’ potential according to climate’s principle means the climate circumstances of each area which are considered from an average monthly temperature and the number of rains in various annual time periods, for example, Thailand’s Northern region has the Savanna climate (Aw), warm and humid climate alters with the dry season, so agricultures and activities of people in this region are horticulture farming and animal feeding. The Southern region rains all throughout the years, making it suitable for the cultivation of summer plants that need higher humidity such as rubber trees, oil palms, etc. People must select occupations that are suitable for the region’s climate because it related to their income.

3. Topography’s potential and each area’s location means characteristics of each area’s location which is different from others, for example, Mountain, highland, low land, coastal area, etc. Factors that people must consider dealing with topography are width, length, gradient, area’s height, etc. People must think over the location which is suitable for their occupation.

4. Potential of each area’s art, culture, tradition, and lifestyles mean that differences in lifestyles, culture, and traditions of people from each region affect their occupation so people must also consider the occupation that is appropriate to their culture and tradition.

5. Potential of human resources in each area means people in each region must improve their knowledge and thoughts so that they can use them in operating to the highest advantages, have a good attitude about their occupation, and realize their worth. After considering the humans’ potential in each area, Thai folks’ wisdom can always be adapted suitably to various changes, even among the new up-dated knowledge and technology. People must consider this as well because the human resources development must be done systematically otherwise, the drawback upon people’s occupation in the future for the administration will not be suitable for the occupational success strengthening occupation because it isa factor which helps people gets their opportunities to earn a living.

New Agricultural Occupations

Bring up manufacturing groups such as the production of flowers, production of organic fertilizer, and organic poultry for commercial purposes. Create more working groups such as the privatization of dried fish and making sausages out of fish processing. Develop sufficient economic groups such as sustainable agriculture and agricultural composition according to the new theory and through sufficiency economy.
