In daily life, everyone has to face many problems even if it will be learning, working, financing or even playing sports or other problems such as conflicts problem of children or problems in dressing on any occasions. Path happens when having a problem but each person will have the different ways tosolve, there are both different and the same like the results that depend on the basic belief, knowledge, ability, and experience in each person or maybe depend on theory and the principle of a belief that different.

“Khit-Pen” is the thinking process and the method to make a decision to solve the problem for working people in non-formal education. Dr. Kovit Vorapipatana, former Department of Non-Formal Education and former Deputy Ministry of Education represented to be the direction and the principle in the operation of non-formal education projects and use to be the problem to guide the way in managing non-formal education later.

“Khit-Pen” settles on the basic belief in adult education that be true for a human that is there are varieties and differences in human but the goal for everybody is happy. People in non-formal education believe that problem or path is natural that can be solved when it happens. The weight of path or problem in people is different. We have to find a way to solve it when it happens in order to ease up to take happiness back. The happiness of humans will happen when humans and the environment can mix up in a good way. There are at least 3 ways of data that humans have to be interested that is academic data, self-data and social environment data. Communities have to take these to synthesis in order to find the best way to use to solve the problem.

To have learners understand and can access deeply and clearly of “Khit-Pen.” Learners that used to study in “Khit-Pen” in primary and lower high school level before, suggest to across to read and joins process and activity from story 2 of this lesson.

Once, Dr. Kovit Vorapipatana, former Deputy Ministry of Education that used to be the director of the Department of Non-Formal Education said there were foreigner friends who asked him why some Thai people are so poor,live in a very old cottage, and work so hard, live some hand to mouth, but at thesame time, they are happy to play the flute when going back home, form the group talking, have fun to talk with a neighbour or play chess joyfully with friends, happy with family to have just only rice with chili and fish sauce in the evening meal. He answered that those people are happy because they are able to think, have sufficiency, not path, not in trouble like others. Suddenly, a lot of questions are followed such as what the word Khit- Pen is, where it is, what its face looks like, how to find it, is it difficult to find? how to find it, have to go to learn from Tisapamok a famous monk that has good knowledge, how expensive to pay for the course, who is teacher or prophet? It seems to be “Khit-Pen” of the teacher will be the easy Thai word, normal but it seems deep, make to find the answer.

About the year 2513, Dr. Kovit Vorapipatana with his colleagues brought the concept of “Khit-Pen” to be an important goal in managing adult education in many projects such as the Functional Literacy Project, National Literacy Project, Non-Formal Education Continually Project *then he moved to be the director of Department of Curriculum. He brought “Khit-Pen” be the way to manage education for children in schools and it was much accepted since then. To make understanding “Khit-Pen” easily that enough for people to come to join in the teaching and learning process in the project to understand and be able to follow learning activities to involve with the principle of “Khit-Pen” so the concept of the basic belief in adult education is presented in the first times by using “Khit-Pen process. In making understanding with the basic belief in adult education to one who will manage teaching and learning process in the project in the type of training** by training people who attend Functional Literacy Project and Non-Formal Education Continually Project level 3-4-5 that is well-known and very popular at that time, people who attend training take them to use in nowadays.
