⭐Remind Summer Institute participants to complete their eLearning.
⭐Collect certification evidence using the Secondary CCI as a guide.
⭐Verify Site Level Data and General Data and submit to the District Director.
⭐Ensure AVID Elective student selection and scheduling for next school year are complete.
⭐Check to make sure all Senior Data has been submitted.
⭐Use AVID Domains/Subdomains as your guide for all Site Team meetings to support the collection of certification artifacts.
⭐Conduct certification meeting with the District Director.
⭐Finalize arrangements for Summer Institute travel and attendance.
⭐Identify potential changes to goals in the Site Plan for the coming year based on certification completion and documentation.
⭐Ensure site has developed a first draft of the Site Plan.
⭐Conduct Site Team pre-planning for Summer Institute.
⭐Attend Site Team meetings and coordinator workshops as scheduled.
⭐Monitor and disseminate information from the District Director and AVID Center to applicable school staff, including through newsletters, district meetings, emails, flyers, etc.
⭐Begin planning fall college field trips and other community/college/career awareness events.
⭐Facilitate tutor celebrations and/or appreciation activities.
