⭐Compile schoolwide documentation of WICOR strategies from the semester.

⭐Conduct classroom visits and share best practices to monitor and support the implementation and effectiveness of schoolwide WICOR strategies, AVID Elective curriculum (Weeks at a Glance), tutor performance, and site-based goals. Record findings for certification documentation.

⭐Use the continuous improvement cycle to refine site goals and review progress for the Secondary CCI.

⭐Discuss progress toward implementation goals and the impact of AVID Schoolwide thus far.

⭐Verify progress with General Data and CCI.

⭐Start the budget development process.

⭐Hire and confirm tutors for the spring semester.

⭐Schedule spring tutor training.

⭐Educate faculty and feeder schools about AVID student selection and begin student recruitment efforts for fall.

⭐Use AVID Domains/Subdomains as your guide for all Site Team meetings to support the collections of certification artifacts and implementation fidelity.

⭐Plan and implement staff professional learning for the spring.

⭐Attend Site Team meetings and workshops as scheduled.

⭐Continue discussions about Path/SI needs and begin to formulate a plan.

⭐Monitor and disseminate information from the District Director and AVID Center to applicable school staff, including through newsletters, district meetings, emails, flyers, etc.

⭐Begin planning spring college field trips and other community/college/career awareness events.

⭐Complete the AVID SI Student and Teacher Speaker Application process.
