⭐Plan and schedule back-to-school professional learning.

⭐Hire new tutors as needed. Schedule tutor training for new and returning tutors.

⭐Download and review AVID SI Site Team materials.

⭐Monitor eLearning completion.

⭐Ensure SI/Path participants are informed and prepared.

⭐Bring the Site Plans from the previous year to Summer Institute.

⭐Monitor and disseminate information from the District Director and AVID Center to applicable school staff, including through newsletters, district meetings, emails, flyers, etc.

⭐Create a plan for maintaining the momentum from Summer Institute and instilling a culture of success for all students throughout each site.
