⭐Remind Summer Institute participants to revisit the AVID eLearning Platform as a follow-up from summer learning.
⭐Begin discussing needs for Path/SI summer strands and develop projections for the District Director.
⭐Conduct classroom visits and share best practices to monitor and support the implementation and effectiveness of schoolwide WICOR strategies, AVID Elective curriculum (Weeks at a Glance), tutor performance, and site-based goals. Record findings for certification documentation.
⭐Verify progress around Secondary CCI and AVID site goals.
⭐Begin data collection for Site Data and/or General Data.
⭐Finalize AVID Elective student recruitment process and selection criteria.
⭐Use AVID Domains/Subdomains as your guide for all Site Team meetings to support the collection of certification artifacts and implementation fidelity.
⭐Utilize the district dashboard and the AVID Data Reports Site on MyAVID to analyze student data and identify gaps and trends.
⭐Attend Site Team meetings and workshops as scheduled.
⭐Monitor and disseminate information from the District Director and AVID Center to applicable school staff, including through newsletters, district meetings, emails, flyers, etc.
⭐Begin the AVID Summer Institute Student and Teacher Speaker application process.
⭐Encourage AVID seniors to begin the Dell Scholarship application.
