Mental Health

Just as we look after our physical health when we get the flu or a cut we also need to look after our mind.

It’s natural for our mental health to experience some lows and highs over time and you can find more information on how to look after yourself in our Self Care section.

If you are concerned about your mental health or the mental health of a friend of family member, it’s really important to seek help.

Sometimes this will be a discussion with a trusted adult and some self care or sometimes professional help is needed.  Talking to your parent/carer or guidance teacher and making an appointment with your GP is a good place to start if you are concerned.
