Suppport

If you're feeling so low that you want to die, it's important to tell someone. Help and support is available from lots of different places and you don't have to cope with difficult feelings alone. Things can get better and there are people who can help. You are not alone.

Phone a helpline.

Talk to someone you trust.

Call a GP and ask for an emergency appointment.
