Remember it's normal for everyone to grieve in different ways. 

Losing someone is one of the hardest things you can go through in life and can be a time of great sadness for all involved. It can also be a bit confusing and you might have questions or need some support.

Bereavement Support Service for children and young people living in the Highlands. These services are free. Talk to your family or Guidance teacher and they can make a referral for you. See the websites below for more information.

The first step in accessing support for a bereaved child or young person is to contact us. 

We run a confidential helpline – 01224 554152 – which is staffed on a part-time basis. Currently this is Monday to Friday from 9:30 until 2:30 pm.
