Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. 

Anxiety can be perfectly normal and all people will feel anxious or scared from time to time. For example, you may feel worried about sitting Higher exams or having a date. 

Sometimes though we can find it hard to control our worries and if it's affecting your life there are things you can try that may help below.

Remember though these are best used after talking to a parent/carer/ trusted adult about how you are feeling.
