FOLLOWING WORKSHOP 1 - A HAND'S ON APPROACH TO ARITHMETIC AND ALGEBRA IN DIFFERENT LEARNING SPACES: PHYSICAL, VIRTUAL, AND HYBRID MODELS

LET'S TALK ABOUT MATH!

Date: Friday, February 12, 2021

Time: From 12 to 1 p.m.

Targeted Audience: Math teachers working with AGE students for the English sector

Moderators: Micheline Ammar, Julie Bourcier and Nicole Martin

In order to prepare for the discussion, it is strongly suggested to :

  • If you can, attend Workshop 1 on Friday, January 29, from 10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.;

  • when available, watch, in part or in whole, the recording of Workshop 1 presented by Micheline Ammar and Louise Roy;

  • take a look at Workshop 1 and its details on the NMW's English sector's webpage;

  • prepare your questions.

For those who are unable to attend the focus group, you can send your questions to equipechoc.pedagogical@ageresouces.ca by February 11th. These will then be presented to the group, and you will be able to view the resulting discussions and answers to your questions as soon as the recording becomes available on the NMW's website.

Topics for discussion will focus primarily on the CCBE content presented in Workshop 1.
