Cells have mucous here too to aid in further digestion
Microvilli on the villi have goblet cells
Lacteals, lymph vessels and capillaries will form inside of the villi
Intestines are supported and connected together by mesentary or the peritoneum

Pancreatic duct and bile duct empty into this
Portal vein will take deoxygenated blood from here to the liver
Secret mucus from duodenal glands, aiding in digestion and preventing it from digesting itself too
Longest part of the small intestine
Also aids in further digestion of nutrients
