We are still working on our user names and passwords. As I said before, it takes quite a while for enough Kindergarten students to log on efficiently enough to leave enough time to teach other skills. We will continue working on user names and passwords for the classrooms where students are still struggling, however two classes are moving on to making uppercase letters. Please continue to work on username and password at home. The students who returned are doing extremely well so it's paying off. Making uppercase letters is difficult for several reasons. First, the students have to do different things with each hand. One is holding a key down while the other hand is pushing a key quickly and softly. It is also difficult because many students, one they learn how to make uppercase letters, attempt to capitalize everything. Just as we practiced logging on for several weeks, we usually spend two to four week on making uppercase letters. Please review slide show if necessary and type alphabet at least two times.
