All staff are encouraged to join and become active PTO members as well as participate in all PTO functions. Membership dues are collected annually, typically during the “Welcome Back! Open House” first meeting of each school year.
All teams will be represented on FAC (Faculty Advisory Council). The FAC is designed to give all staff members the opportunity to discuss any grievances they may have. This council is there to actively problem-solve and think through possible solutions. However, we want folks to be honest and open as the FAC will act as facilitators for situations, if needed.
