Metro School has a large leadership team with many additional support positions. Please see the Administrative Responsibilities chart for more information.
Follow the chain of command when you have a question/concern or problem. In a school system such as ours, it is necessary to have some type of "chain of command" for requesting assistance with school system matters. If you have needs, concerns, or suggestions, they should be addressed first at the school level (start with the individual colleague, then team or team leader, then the grade level administrative team). If further assistance is needed, schedule a time with the principal or ask for support from the FAC (Faculty Advisory Council).
Support or information for your concerns should not be sought from outside of the building prior to addressing your concern/question at the school level.
If at the school level your concerns are not addressed, then you and the administrative team will take your concern(s) to the next level.
