All staff will be evaluated according to CMS policy. Each teacher/instructional assistant team will meet during the first month of school to discuss specific areas and/or job expectations as outlined on the teacher assistant evaluation form. Each team member will sign only the orientation section of this form at that time. We allow all staff to complete a self-evaluation at the beginning of the year, which includes a personal and professional growth goal. Teachers and instructional assistants will use the forms and processes found in MyTalent.
Use the CMS Intranet page which hosts the Employee Evaluation links. You will click on "Departments" which are listed alphabetically. Click on "E-H", locate Human Resources and click on it.
