Student educational records are maintained in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and applicable state and federal laws.
The principal serves as the custodian of student records for the school.
Parents and legal guardians have the right to inspect and review their child's educational records by submitting a request to the school principal.
Student records are confidential and will not be released without prior written consent of the parent or legal guardian, except as permitted by law. School district employees with legitimate educational interests and officials of schools in which a student seeks to enroll may access records as authorized by law.
