School Arrival/Dismissal

SCHOOL ARRIVAL and DISMISSAL

BUS: Students who ride school buses will be dropped off and picked up at the bus loading/unloading zone located beside the school. For morning pick-up, students should make sure they are at their bus stop by the designated time.

***Clover Middle School personnel are not able to approve bus changes. ANY and ALL changes involving a student riding a different bus must be approved through the transportation department. Parent letters cannot be accepted.

CAR: Students who arrive by car must use the front driveway. Students who depart by car may leave from the front driveway. No student may load/unload on the highway or in the bus driveway. Students are expected to load cars immediately. If a car must wait more than two (2) minutes, it may be asked to park in a parking space so traffic will not be interrupted. Cars should pull forward as much as possible to load and unload. Students must leave the building by 3:00 pm each day. If a car rider is not picked up in a timely manner after school, arrangements will be made for bus transportation in the future. Students may not leave campus then return to catch rides home. Students who walk to/from school must have permission on file in the CMS office. This will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
