QA admin can flag PCRs, throw notifications, and administer change management to a PCR.
When something needs to be fixed in a PCR, it can be a whole project just to get it corrected.
Do you guys change PCRs or use addendums for corrections? Is that due to clinical factors or just the software?
What is the QA change process like in your current or other PCRs you're looking at?
In the QA screen, click the actions button to flag a PCR. When you flag a PCR it goes in a special section on the QA and any crews homepage. You can also leave multiple notes that act as todo's that the crew member can check off. The QA admin and the crew member can continue the discussion in the notes section. Once all things are resolved, they can resubmit the PCR for approval.
