Dropdowns have google-search-like autofill
Some PCRs have huge dropdowns that you have to scroll through. Some PCRs don't have a soft search so you have to remember the prefix to some things. Some PCRs have libraries that you have to fish through to find what you need.
How long does it take you to complete a chart in the current system your using?
What are the fields for meds, procedures like in your current system?
Lets take a look at the history field in the patient tab. This is a good example of what we call intellisearch. Any dropdown in our plaform that goes above 50 entries turns into intellisearch. In history, if you type A-L-Z, Alzhiemers will show and you can enter it in 4 or 5 keystrokes. It also has multiselect so you can keep going? H-Y-P for hyper tension. Its even a soft search, so if I type in things like "acute" it will find entries where it says Acute in parentheses as a second word. This may seem like a small feature, but imagine filling in fields like meds, procedures, pain location, reason for transport. This is one of the main features responsible for letting us chart in 5 min or less.
Q: If I wanted to change those drop down options, can I?
A: Yes, in the form config.
