Click on the quick scene location and search for your known addresses by name.
Addresses are hard to enter and take a lot of time. They also have a way of getting messed up so that retrospective reporting doesn't work on those values.
Do your crews have to enter the patient address or other addresses manually?

There is a list in the software that has your known locations. All you have to do is search for them by name.
For instance, if it is St. Mary's Hospital, all you need to do is type "Mary" and you will be able to click on it to enter that address.
