The disposition/outcome drop down entries represent individual forms.
Some agencies only get one form to work with. Meaning that if you do non-emergent transports and 911 calls. Those non-emergent transports are going to have to chart like a 911 call.
What type of patient encounters do you do?
Do you have certain dispositions where the same fields are unneeded or the same value every time?
Do you have special circumstances, like event work or a special crews for special patients?
See that disposition and outcome field? Think of all those as different forms for different patient encounters. If there are blank fields or fields that are the same value for specific patients, you can make it so those fields disappear for crews. If you want a specific form for a special crew or event, you can create those and access them in the disposition/outcome field.
