You can use the Narrative Generator to input a Narrative template that consists of pre-typed text and autofilled values from the PCR form. Be care of what type of agency they are. Some people DO NOT want Auto Generated narratives because they want the crew to type them out manually. They may want to use a Narrative Outline instead.
Narrative's can be the most time consuming part of a narrative.
How long does it take you to write your narratives?
How do you want your crews to fill out narratives, do you want then to type them up from scratch or would you want to use a feature that autofills most of the narrative for them depending on the call type.?
We have a feature called Narrative Templates. See that Narrative Generator button. Click on there and you can supply the crews with Narrative templates that consists of pre-typed text and autofilled values from the PCR form. So all they need to do is click that button and they get a narrative the way you want them to write it. They will still be able to add information to certain sections and change information as needed. You can even have multiple templates for multiple call types. This saves a lot of time for the crew, making the crew happy, saving you overtime, and increasing your back-to-action time.
