Sometimes agencies have additional paperwork for the crews to complete. A lot of the time this paperwork has fields that have already been filled out in the PCR. Sometimes it's hard to keep this stuff together.

How to Pitch:

In our software, we have a docusign like engine where we can upload your paper forms to the custom forms section under the documents tab. When you launch one of these it will autofill the fields in the custom form based on what you have already charted in the PCR. This makes it easy to keep track of the extra paper forms as well as make them faster to fill out.

Q: Can I fax those somewhere?

A: Yes, once they are filled out you can fax them wherever they need to go.
