In app settings you can turn on the training module with a checkbox.
PCRs are hard to learn. EMS Crews are hard to train. This makes switching to a new software a headache for chiefs and directors.
How long did it take to go live with your last PCR from contract signing to having all crews putting patient data in the system?
What was the process for training the crew on the software?
Our software is easy to learn without a manual. However, we still offer an in-app training module. Every time the myPCRs screen loads, you will see a pop-up box called the Training Module. This is a role-based video training curriculum that walks you through the software. This makes it easy for your crews to get training on their own when they aren't in the same room. The pop-up also encourages them to open the PCR form and fill out a test trip. As an admin, you can go to your Users section and see which users have logged in, what videos they have watched, and whether they have opened up the PCR to try out. We also offer webinar training, but we find with this video curriculum all anyone needs these days is a Q/A session.
