The PCR form config allows you to manage which fields show up on which forms.

Pain Points:

Some PCRs make you fill out the same form no matter what the call type (for example: Non Emergent Transfers, refusals, or non-transferring agencies). This makes crews have to dig through a bunch of fields that don't apply.

How to Pitch:

In form config, found under the administration tab on myPCRs, you can manage which fields are shown on which forms. Click on the gear icon next to a field and you will see a field management menu pop up for that field. This will show all your different forms (dispositions). If you move your eye to the right you will see a checkbox column for "hidden". Check this box to hide the field from that form, or uncheck to show that field for a form. This allows you to get rid of fields that don't matter for specific call types.
