Default field values based on the disposition
Depending on the agency, certain dispositions will have fields that are the same value every time, therefore wasting a crew's time filling them out.
Do you have certain call types where the fields in the form are the same every time?
In the Form Config found in administration on the myPCRs page, you will see that you can review each disposition's setup. Any value you see displayed here is what we call a smart autofill. That value will be autofilled when you select that disposition. To add or change a smart autofill, simply add a value to that field.
If you want to set that smart autofill for multiple forms, set your value in the field and click the gear icon. This will launch the field manager for that field. On the left you will see a list of all your forms (dispositions). You will see your autofill value for that form you were just on. Simply click the assign or revert buttons to add or remove that smart autofill to specific forms. At the bottom, there are set all or revert all options.
